Decision Making

The class decision making was not easy.
As we learned in the class, it was frustrating.
With leader's no direct involvement, it was not easy to come up with final solution.
We chose "Delegate" interaction of a leader and group.
With low influence, our freedom of decision was very high.
I expected something more organized processing to reach our goal. However, some of problems
such as misunderstanding, conflicts occurring by difference personality and attitues lead us into a chaos.
I personally chose "Avoidance" attitude toward the class decision making which was not appropriate as a team member.
Even though involvement was very important the reactions came from some students discourage me not to involve in the situation.
"Speak out" is good but it does not mean "Speak loud".
We should listen what other people saying and could accommodate their opinion.
We had to give more power(influence) to the leader so the leader could direct the group to the most satisfied decition.
Compromsing is very ideal way to make decision as long as it combines with "accommodation" way. It gives all the people equal chance to decide.
One other important thing I've learned through this class activity is atmosphere of the class.
